DORMANT Beneath the Mighty Oak CD

DORMANT is the newest project from God is Myth label owner and former UVALL (which released two cd's on Blackmetal.com ) proprietor Todd Paulson. He decided to move away from the somewhat strict confines of a straight forward black metal project such as UVALL to concentrate on this more ambitious work. Combining aspects of black metal, heavy metal, rock and neo-folk, along with unusual song structures the results of the debut album make for a very earthy and organic experience. This work also includes appearences by Andrew Curtis-Brignell (CAINA) who contributed lyrics and vocals to the opening track entitled "Black Ashes" as well as Tanner Anderson (CELESTIIAL) who plays hammered dulcimer on the title track. Comes packaged in a DVD case with an insert.
